My mental health is more important than posting every day on social media, feeling guilty for having to cancel an engagement, taking a comment or reaction personally, comparing myself to other women, working 7 days a week…this list could go on and on!
As a mental health advocate, mom of an adult son living with a severe mental health illness and someone who struggles with anxiety I can’t NOT put my mental health above everything else.
