Wear a fit and flare dress to work! Summer office wear can be a challenge to style. My office is either too hot or too cold. So, I am still wearing layers all Summer long. These dress topper cardigans from Christopher and Banks are just perfect for layering over tank tops and sleeveless dresses.

You can always “dress” down any of your dresses by adding a t-shirt, denim jacket or a chambray shirt like I did here. I finally found a fun and inexpensive pair of white canvas tennis shoes from Maurices to wear with this fit and flare dress. I love to wear tennis shoes with dresses and skirts. Such a great outfit to run errands in, meet friends for coffee or wear to work!

Why does a leather moto jacket just make you feel like a rock star? I actually have on a “faux” leather or vegan leather jacket over this fit and flare dress. I can’t tell the difference, but feel better wearing it. Add a pair of fun strappy sandals and you’ll be ready for a night out on the town!
